We can receive orders via the company's website, by phone or in-store. We reserve the right to refuse to accept orders or to require additional confirmation at our discretion. Payment is accepted in pounds sterling by most major credit or debit cards as detailed on our website at time of order. 

All credit card payments made during online or instore transactions are handled on our behalf by Shopify secure payment gateway. No credit card details are stored at any time on the company's website. However, information about the sales transaction, including the last 4 digits of the card number used will be retained within the system to support the processing of returns and for legal accounting evidence for the business. This information is kept secure and cannot be used for reasons other than stated above.

All promotions are associated codes are coupons are distributed in good faith and are subject to terms and conditions. Discount coupons cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions or special discounts. Our handmade products may have natural characteristics and irregularities, which are not faults.

Subscription savings are based on the full issue price and are available for UK customers only.

With annual subscriptions you qualify for 2 issues per year allocated on a seasonal publication basis. Annual subscriptions cannot be cancelled once committed to. If we are unable to fulfil your subscription you will be notified and refunded based on the subscription period you are within or your subscription will be adjusted based on the time period you are in.

If you have selected a rolling subscription of the magazine only, you will be able to pause or cancel this within your subscription portal at any time.
