1. Promoter
This competition is run by SELF (@self.uk).

2. Eligibility
• Open to residents of the United Kingdom only.
• Entrants must be aged 18 or over.
• Employees of SELF and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

3. How to Enter
To enter the giveaway, participants must:
• Follow SELF on Instagram or Facebook
• Tag a friend in the comments of the official competition post
• Comment with a reason why their friend deserves to win
• Ensure both the entrant and the tagged friend are subscribed to our newsletter (existing subscribers are eligible)

Each comment counts as one entry. Multiple entries are allowed with different tagged
friends.

4. Opening and Closing Dates
• Giveaway opens: Tuesday 30th July 2025
• Giveaway closes: Tuesday 6th August 2025 at 11:59pm (BST)
Entries received after this time will not be considered.

5. Prize
• Two £25 SELF gift cards (one for the entrant and one for the tagged friend).
• The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or an alternative.

6. Winner Selection
• One winning pair will be selected by Suzie, founder of SELF.
• The winner will be chosen based on the most thoughtful or heartfelt reason provided in the comment.
• The decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

7. Winner Notification
• The winner will be contacted via Instagram or Facebook direct message on or shortly after 7th August 2025.
• If the winner does not respond within 5 days, a new winner may be chosen.

8. General
• By entering, participants agree to these Terms & Conditions.
• By entering, you grant permission for SELF to repost or share your entry across social media or marketing channels.
