This month we are DRINKING
ELDERFLOWER & HERB COOLER
A refreshing cocktail to welcome in Spring.
RECIPE:
Pop your herbs and edible flowers into an ice cube tray with water and freeze. Pour 50ml of Elderflower Cordial, 150ml of Elderflower Liqueur, 150ml of Gin and a handful of ice into a jug. Stir and strain to serve, top with soda and then add your floral ice cubes to garnish.
