5 Minutes in the Morning: A Focus Journal
What if five minutes could change your routine and change your day?
What if you checked in with how you are feeling for just those few minutes, maybe sitting down over that cup of coffee or tea, or quietly sitting by the window before you head towards the shower?
Writing things down has been shown to help people more successfully achieve their dreams and goals. It is a way to help us focus on what matters, prioritise what we are going to do for the day ahead and track our progress.
Five Minutes in the Morning offers a beautiful space and creative exercises to encourage reflection and intention setting at the start of the day.
Our orders are posted out via a Royal Mail. We have two postage options available.
1. Standard delivery (2 working days). This is a Tracked 48 Hour service with Royal Mail. This service costs £4.95 for orders under £75 and is free for orders £75 and over.
2. Express delivery (Next day, where possible, when orders are placed before 2pm). This is a Tracked 24 Hour service with Royal Mail. This services costs £8.95 for all orders placed with us.
We would always advise you to allow 3-5 working days for your standard delivery order to arrive. If you need your order delivered quicker than this, please select 'Express Shipping' at checkout for the next day service.
